Canada Life is hiring an Entry-Level Investigator I to tackle fraud detection and investigative reporting. Collaborate with teams to interpret data and document outcomes effectively.
As an Investigator I, your responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations of assigned cases, developing plans to gather evidence, and documenting investigative actions according to policy. You will also communicate findings to stakeholders and recommend measures to mitigate future fraud risks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate cases using a variety of detection sources
• Work closely with analysts for data understanding
• Develop plans and gather evidence from sources
• Document actions according to established protocols
• Write detailed reports on investigative outcomes
Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education
• Two years of experience in investigations or analysis
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
