Reporting to the Assistant Deputy Minister, the Executive Director manages the Accessibility Office, supporting the Minister of Families. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Manitoba Accessibility Office program delivery

• Support the Accessibility Advisory Council’s mandate and activities
• Foster collaborative relationships with various stakeholders
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience
• Proven leadership and management skills in diverse environments
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience with strategic planning and performance measurement
• Understanding of barriers faced by individuals with disabilities
