Morning, Day, and Weekend shifts available.
Salary: $38.33 per hour.
Job OverviewThe Assistant Spa Manager will plan and organize daily operations in an esthetician's salon, managing contracts for advertising or marketing, hiring, training, and supervising staff, and addressing customer complaints. The role also includes performing pedicures and manicures as required.
Responsibilities- Plan and organize daily salon operations.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Perform pedicures and manicures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience in salon or spa management is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Client-focused and reliable.
- Ability to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Attention to detail required.
