The primary focus of this role is to maximize the sales of beauty products while promoting a positive shopping setting. You will engage customers on various beauty services and encourage them to take part in the PC Optimum program, all while ensuring top‑notch customer service is provided. Your enthusiasm for beauty will shine through as you assist in booking in‑store events and promotions.
Key Responsibilities- Maximize sales through product awareness and promotions
- Engage customers with compelling product knowledge
- Promote the benefits of the PC Optimum program
- Model high standards of customer service with eClienteling
- Organize and book in‑store beauty events
- Proven sales experience in cosmetics
- Strong communication and consultative skills
- Ability to perform makeup consultations
- Familiarity with a range of beauty products
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and climbing
Play a pivotal role in beauty advisory and sales at Shoppers Drug Mart.
