Position: Overseas Barber for CAF Deployment
Take your barbering skills internationally while supporting the Canadian Armed Forces in Latvia. This overseas deployment role focuses on grooming and troop welfare enhancement.

As a Barber in this unique deployment with the Canadian Armed Forces, your role goes beyond haircuts to uplifting troop morale. You will be responsible for hair styling, beard trimming, and providing hair treatment advice while participating in morale-enhancing recreational activities. This position offers you the chance to work in an exciting overseas location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute haircuts and styles as per service requirements

• Trim and shape beards and moustaches effectively

• Assess hair/scalp conditions and advise accordingly

• Help plan and engage in morale-boosting events

• Maintain a tidy workspace and proper grooming standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma and barber certification

• Valid driver’s license and Canadian passport

• Experience in a barbershop or salon environment

• Ability to perform physical tasks

• Clear background and health assessments required
