Join our team as a full-time Assistant Spa Manager in Selkirk, MB, where you will oversee salon operations and foster a positive client experience.
This role involves managing daily operations of the esthetician's salon, which includes handling marketing contracts, hiring and supervising staff, and responding to client complaints. You will also be tasked with delivering pedicures and manicures, ensuring clients leave satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and plan daily salon operations
• Handle contracts for advertising and marketing strategies
• Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff
• Address customer complaints and queries effectively
• Perform pedicures and manicures as services offered
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in salon or spa management is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities
• Client-oriented and trustworthy
• Ability to manage various movements including sitting, standing, and walking
