Nails 4 You is on the lookout for a full-time Nail Spa Supervisor to help us maintain our high standards. You'll be responsible for managing and organizing the salon’s operations, training new employees, and addressing client feedback to ensure outstanding service delivery. The position requires effective coordination of the manicurist/pedicurist team and attention to overall salon hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise salon staff and coordinate activities

• Monitor quality of nail services provided by staff

• Set work schedules and standard operating procedures

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues

• Train new employees on company policies

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in customer service

• Previous nail-related education is an advantage

• Strong relationship management skills

• Flexibility in schedule is a must
