As a Beauty Specialist, you'll focus on maximizing sales and raising awareness of promotional programs at Shoppers Drug Mart. This role requires a selling-focused mindset, where you promote beauty products and encourage participation in the PC Optimum program while providing stellar customer service. You’ll also facilitate in-store events and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize sales of beauty products and services

• Promote the PC Optimum program to customers

• Attend vendor schools and workshops for product knowledge

• Model superior customer service with eClienteling

• Comply with health, safety, and store policies

Requirements:

• Strong selling skills, preferably in cosmetics

• Proven consultative experience and track record

• Extensive knowledge of beauty products and services

• Ability to conduct makeup and skincare consultations

• Good communication skills and teamwork
