Community Health Harm Reduction Coordinator

Make an impact in the community as a Harm Reduction Coordinator with Main Street Project. Lead a dedicated team to implement harm reduction strategies in health services.

This role will focus on leading the CSOA and M.A.P. teams while providing direct support and training. Your leadership will ensure effective program delivery and staff development while maintaining a compassionate environment for those facing homelessness. Collaboration with various partners is essential for your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support staff onboarding and ongoing training initiatives

• Address performance issues and report updates to leadership

• Schedule shifts and cover gaps in staffing

• Develop harm reduction programs and policies

• Create and manage data collection for program evaluation

Requirements:

• Experience working in human service sectors with diverse populations

• Proven management experience in a similar setting

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and reporting tools

• Understanding of harm reduction and anti-oppression philosophies
