You will be instrumental in fostering a strong safety culture within the company. Responsibilities include conducting inspections, monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, and training workers on safety practices. This position requires a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is dedicated to preventing incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute regular worksite inspections and process verifications
• Support hazard identification and risk assessments
• Facilitate safety training sessions and meetings
• Collaborate with teams to improve safety standards
• Assist with safety documentation and reporting
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Health & Safety
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of occupational safety management
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver’s license for traveling to work sites
