Senior Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

Shape a proactive safety culture with Master Brand as a Senior Specialist in Environmental Health and Safety in Winnipeg, MB. Ensure compliance and enhance EHS systems at our manufacturing plant.

This full-time role focuses on leading safety initiatives and implementing the Site Safety Plan at our Winnipeg facility. You will analyze incident data, Coach stakeholders on EHS regulations, and drive a culture of care among departments. Success is measured by the effect of your EHS strategies on engagement and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EHS regulations locally and corporately

• Collaborate on the Site Safety Plan and corrective actions

• Analyze incident data to identify trends and develop measures

• Coach stakeholders to ensure EHS compliance

• Conduct Gemba safety walkthroughs and report on findings

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of EHS management experience in manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of MB WSH Legislation and OSHA regulations

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety

• EHS certification such as CRSP is an asset

• Proficient in MS Office Suite
