As a Provincial Quality Performance Lead, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing healthcare delivery across Manitoba. This leadership position involves working closely with various health service organizations to create unified documentation processes that meet provincial standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate collaboration among healthcare organizations
• Oversee documentation lifecycle from development to compliance
• Support Provincial Standards Committees operational efforts
• Manage audits and standard reviews for quality assurance
• Coordinate effective communication between committees and leadership
Requirements:
• At least 7 years of experience in health service delivery
• 3–5 years of experience in team leadership
• Comprehensive knowledge of health standards necessary
• Relevant degree in healthcare or health administration
• Project management or quality improvement certification beneficial
