As part of Shared Health's clinical support team, you will facilitate connections among Indigenous clients and health services. With responsibilities spanning community engagement and patient support, the role is ideal for candidates experienced in Indigenous health approaches. A strong focus on cultural sensitivity and emotional health will drive impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work alongside Indigenous clients in community settings
• Collaborate with health and social services personnel
• Implement cultural health approaches in practices
• Lead initiatives following the LEADS framework
• Coordinate meetings and virtual engagements across Manitoba
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant community experience
• 2-3 years working with Indigenous populations
• Post-secondary degree in health or social program
• Active health regulatory body licensing
• Ability to lift items up to 10 kg
