Position: Microbiological Laboratory Analyst Role

In this essential role, you will utilize your knowledge of Biological sciences within ALS’s dynamic laboratory environment. Responsibilities include conducting sample preparations, troubleshooting, and maintaining analytical equipment, while managing efficient workflows and ensuring timely delivery of results. A relevant degree and previous laboratory experience are required for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate work lists and organize analytical runs

• Prepare and analyze complex microbiological samples

• Monitor and maintain laboratory instruments

• Conduct training for departmental staff as needed

• Perform Quality Control reviews for all analyses

Requirements:

• Completion of a degree in Biology or Microbiology

• Previous Laboratory Analyst experience is crucial

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately
