Primary Therapist

Position: Primary Therapist at Boca Recovery Center
Location: Arborg

Boca Recovery Center is hiring a dedicated Primary Therapist in Springfield, Massachusetts. Bring your clinical expertise to provide evidence-based support and foster recovery for clients.

In this key position, you will conduct detailed assessments and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans focused on sustainable recovery. Your active participation in a multidisciplinary treatment team will promote effective care and enrich the recovery experience for clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose disorders based on client assessments

• Develop recovery-oriented treatment plans with clients

• Deliver individual and group counseling services

• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and case records

• Engage in ongoing client evaluation and treatment plan adjustment

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience preferred

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling

• Preferred active licensure in the State of Massachusetts

• CPR certification necessary

• Understanding of Joint Commission standards preferred
