Become an integral part of Actionmarguerite as a Spiritual Care Specialist, dedicated to delivering personalized spiritual care. This part-time position emphasizes both spiritual guidance and community impact.

As a Spiritual Care Provider, you will offer extensive support tailored to the unique needs of residents, planning and evaluating spiritual programs that reflect the mission of the Grey Nuns.

Your role requires effective communication and leadership skills while promoting continuous quality improvement in the care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct spiritual support to residents

• Develop and assess impactful spiritual programming

• Work with other team members to enhance resident care

• Advocate for residents' spiritual needs within the community

• Maintain knowledge of community resources for spiritual support

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant discipline and experience

• Clinical Pastoral Education (C.P.E.) or similar required

• Experience with in the spiritual sector preferred

• Proficiency in both English and French communication

• Satisfactory Criminal Record and employment checks
