Under the guidance of the Resident Care Manager, this role involves delivering personalized care aligned with the Donwood Resident Bill of Rights. You will engage in activities that reflect a commitment to resident-centred care, ensuring each individual feels valued and respected. Your responsibilities encompass various aspects of care while promoting holistic health through daily interactions with residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to maintain resident hygiene

• Assist residents in meeting nutritional needs

• Support elimination functions of residents

• Facilitate resident mobility and positioning

• Engage in resident care planning and evaluation

Requirements:

• Completed recognized HCA Course

• Mental and physical capabilities for job demands

• Strong relational skills in teamwork

• Experience in long-term care preferred

• Understanding of German Mennonite culture valued
