Casual Residential Care Assistant Role

As a Casual Residential Care Assistant, you will enhance the quality of care for residents at Hillsview Acres. You will be responsible for assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) under the guidance of the Director of Resident Care and the Licensed Practical Nurse. Adaptability and strong communication skills are key to thriving in this role.

• Support residents in their daily living activities

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• Completion of CCA course within 2 years

• Experience in health care preferred

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
