Relief Pharmacist for Northern

As a Contract Relief Pharmacist, you will ensure compliance with Provincial Pharmaceutical Regulations while delivering excellent patient care. Applicants must hold a valid pharmacist license in Manitoba, though licenses from any Canadian province may be considered.

Your role includes managing medication profiles, compounding pharmaceuticals, and advising patients on medication usage, all while maintaining high standards in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with Provincial Practice Standards and guidelines

• Fill prescriptions accurately and safely

• Provide patient care services and document medication effects

• Maintain effective relationships with healthcare professionals

• Prepare reports and supervise pharmacy staff performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

• Licensed by the relevant Provincial College

• Experience with Kroll pharmacy software

• Ability to work independently

• Strong communication and leadership skills
