Southern Health-Santé Sud is seeking a Community Mental Health Worker (CMHW) to provide psychosocial assessments, counseling and evidence‑informed rehabilitation within the Mental Health & Addictions program in Winkler.
The CMHW will work in person, applying recovery‑oriented practices, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting individuals and families to achieve independence and community integration.
