In this full-time role, you will provide responsive patient care in emergency settings and ensure adherence to Manitoba's provincial regulations. With your experience of three years in pre-hospital care and competencies in patient interaction, you will focus on integrated service delivery and community collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver patient care within emergency service teams
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies
• Ensure compliance with Manitoba Provincial Regulations
• Conduct assessments and provide timely interventions
• Maintain professionalism according to Shared Health policies
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in pre-hospital care
• Graduation from an accredited Advanced Care Paramedic program
• Certificate of Practice with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba
• Valid Class IV Manitoba driver’s license
• Knowledge of Manitoba emergency protocols
