Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with community and health service partners

• Schedule and participate in strategic health meetings
• Facilitate virtual patient interactions as needed
Requirements:
• 3-5 years relevant experience in health or social services
• Minimum 2 years working directly with Indigenous communities
• Post-secondary qualification in health or social sciences
• Licensed member of a health regulatory body
• Leadership skills based on the LEADS framework
