This position is part of the Priority Home Service team, focusing on rehabilitative care for individuals post-hospitalization. You will assess client needs, plan treatments, and contribute to educational initiatives for healthcare staff. Your expertise in maintaining patient function and preventing disabilities will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine client needs

• Design and execute tailored rehabilitation plans

• Educate clients and healthcare providers on treatment methods

• Transition clients from hospital to home seamlessly

Requirements:

• Two years of recent physiotherapy experience preferred

• Degree in physiotherapy from an accredited university

• Must hold active registration with Manitoba's Physiotherapy College

• CPR training compliant with employer standards

• Strong communication and organizational abilities
