Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services in accordance with company guidelines

• Adhere to documentation and billing protocols

• Evaluate and plan personalized resident therapy

• Screen residents to establish intervention needs

• Share treatment recommendations with the care team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from recognized institution

• Active and valid PT license in the state of MN

• Ongoing commitment to continuing education

• Strong evaluative and planning capabilities

• Excellent communication with patients and families
