Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the lifecycle of research and innovation projects

• Implement participant recruitment and data collection protocols

• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements

• Provide training and support to team members

• Develop and review procedural documentation as needed

Requirements:

• University degree in a relevant field

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare research or project management

• Knowledge of clinical research ethics and regulations

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• G class driver's license will be needed for travel
