Dietitian Role Health Sciences

Contribute to patient wellness with Shared Health as a Dietitian at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg. This hybrid position emphasizes nutritional care and education in a dynamic environment.

In this Clinical Dietitian role, you'll be integral to implementing nutrition strategies within the Kidney Health-Renal Health Clinic. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Nutritional Sciences and ideally two years of clinical experience. You will work collaboratively to enhance client education and improve health outcomes through targeted nutrition programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and manage patient nutrition needs effectively

• Provide education and resources to clients and staff

• Participate in continuous quality improvement for nutrition services

• Engage in professional development and nutrition research

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary health team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related area

• Two years’ experience in clinical nutrition preferred

• Registered with the College of Dietitians of Manitoba

• Proficient in written and verbal communication

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
