Full-Time Addiction Services Coordinator

Be part of Adult & Teen Challenge's mission as a Full-Time Addiction Services Program Coordinator in Winnipeg. Focus on supporting men’s recovery through mentorship, program guidance, and spiritual growth.

In this critical role, you will offer direct support and guidance to clients through their recovery journey. Your responsibilities include facilitating recovery groups, developing personalized recovery plans, and maintaining a culture of transformation. Engage effectively with clients and their families to foster meaningful relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide mentorship and accountability for clients

• Develop personalized study and recovery plans

• Support participation in recovery and group sessions

• Maintain effective communication with family members

• Keep detailed case documentation and report progress

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent needed

• Relevant experience in addiction recovery preferred

• Strong leadership and relational skills

• Organizational ability in a multi-task environment

• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Vulnerable Sector Clearance
