The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority is seeking candidates with clinical support experience, particularly with infants and children. This position requires at least three years of related experience and completion of either a Rehabilitation Assistant Program or an Audiology Assistant Program within one year. You will contribute significantly to the health services in the Winnipeg area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct infant screening sessions in hospitals and community settings
• Assist Audiologists during evaluations and screenings
• Document screening results and assist in follow-up care
• Communicate with parents and caregivers effectively
• Manage physical demands of the role with care
Requirements:
• Completed high school education required
• Previous experience with communication disorders a plus
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required
• Strong English communication skills
• Ability to work independently in various conditions
