Compassionate Speech Language Pathologist Position

Evolve Therapy Services is looking for a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist at a skilled nursing facility in Olivia, MN. This position offers flexible work arrangements including full-time and PRN.

Your role involves directing and developing speech therapy services aligned with current guidelines to assure high-quality care. You'll be responsible for assessing residents, designing treatment plans, and guiding therapeutic processes for families and staff. You will play an essential role in meeting the needs of residents through timely evaluations and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality speech therapy and initiate referrals

• Collect data for effective treatment planning

• Develop individualized treatment plans with goals

• Educate families and staff on speech procedures

• Maintain compliant documentation as per CMS

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology

• Active SLP license required in practice state

• Certification of Clinical Competence
