In-Person Community Paramedic Role

As a member of the ERS team, you will leverage skills gained from at least three years of pre-hospital care experience. This position welcomes those knowledgeable in Indigenous customs and languages, ensuring cultural sensitivity in patient interactions. A strong customer service background is preferred for effective client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pre-hospital care to clients

• Analyze and resolve complex health care challenges

• Implement Digital Health technology as needed

• Foster relationships in culturally diverse settings

• Conduct patient health assessments and care coordination

Requirements:

• Three years as a Primary Care Paramedic

• Accredited Primary Care Paramedic education

• Valid Class IV Manitoba driver's license

• BLS certification, level C or equivalent

• Operational registration with College of Paramedics of Manitoba
