Health Care Aide in Selkirk

In this part-time role, you will work under the Director of Health & Wellness, assisting residents with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities. You'll observe and report changes in residents' conditions, ensure safety, and maintain a clean environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to individualized care plans set by supervisors

• Assist residents with personal hygiene and daily living activities

• Observe and report on residents’ conditions and concerns

• Facilitate safe resident transfers and ambulation

• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs

Requirements:

• Graduate of Health Care Aide program with 500 hours

• Experience with seniors in community health settings

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification recommended

• Current Vulnerable Sector Check required
