The role necessitates a University Degree and Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent training. Applicants should demonstrate previous leadership experience in spiritual care and the ability to communicate fluently in both official languages, English and French. This position encourages the application of conflict management skills in a healthcare setting while supporting continuous quality improvement for resident care.

Requirements:

• Degree in a related area
