Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver case management in community settings.
• Serve as a point of contact for program participants.

Requirements:
• Nursing degree required with registration in Manitoba.
• At least four years of related community mental health experience.
• Knowledge of relevant health legislation.
• Skills in assessment and treatment coordination.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
