Your role will emphasize strong clinical skills, compassion, and effective hiring and training practices to build a stellar clinical team. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director and clinical team ensures residents receive top-notch care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage clinical program initiatives

• Conduct resident assessments and develop service plans

• Hire and train clinical staff to enhance resident care

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards

• Foster strong relationships within the community

Requirements:

• Registered Practical Nurse or equivalent certification

• Minimum five years clinical and one year leadership experience

• Experience in a retirement residence

• Knowledgeable in budget and financial monitoring

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
