Position: Support Staff for Elmira Community Living
Become a key contributor at Elmira District Community Living as Support Staff, facilitating meaningful connections and personal growth for individuals. This position focuses on implementing personal care routines and community involvement.

We’re looking for a dedicated professional with relevant education or extensive experience in Human Services. As Support Staff, you will assist in developing clients' skills and support their daily routines, ensuring they thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals in executing their Individual Support Plans

• Provide respectful personal care as necessary

• Implement activities that encourage community integration

• Maintain up-to-date records for each individual served

• Facilitate communications between clients and families

Requirements:

• Relevant degree or certification with experience required

• Minimum of 2000 hours of related work experience

• Valid driver’s license and insurance needed

• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability

• Willingness to complete necessary training in health and safety
