Join Southern Health-Santé Sud as a Home Care Attendant in Winkler, Manitoba, providing in-person care for individuals in their homes. This temporary role offers an opportunity to support the elderly and disabled with essential services.

Under the guidance of the Resource Coordinator, you will partner with clients to enhance their quality of life r responsibilities will involve delivering personal care, executing care plans, and exercising sound judgment in your daily work. This position requires a keen ability to adapt and respect the diverse needs of the clients you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver paraprofessional services to home care clients

• Assist clients with daily living activities as planned

• Work effectively both independently and in a team

• Apply critical thinking to solve client needs

• Ensure safe handling and confidentiality of personal information

Requirements:

• Must possess a Grade 12 diploma

• Certification as Home Care Attendant or Health Care Aide

• Experience in home care or community setting preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and liability insurance

• Bilingual communication skills are an asset
