Position: Senior Recreation Therapist Opportunity at VCH

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed Recreation Therapy assessments

• Lead quality improvement projects in recreation services

• Train and supervise team members and volunteers

• Develop and implement therapeutic programs

• Foster collaborative community outreach efforts

Requirements:

• CTRS credential and successful NCTRC certification

• Bachelor’s in Therapeutic Recreation or related field

• Two years relevant experience in healthcare settings

• CPR and Emergency First Aid certification

• Exceptional interpersonal skills across diverse groups
