Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in delivering quality OT services

• Assess residents and develop personalized care plans

• Monitor therapeutic participation and effectiveness

• Document all relevant interactions and services

• Evaluate progress towards therapeutic goals

Requirements:

• Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy

• Registration with provincial regulatory board

• Minimum of two years experience in geriatrics preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
