In this Travel Paramedic role, you'll engage with Indigenous communities across Northern Manitoba, providing essential primary and emergency healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include support for health promotion initiatives while collaborating with healthcare professionals in a clinic environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver emergency and primary care in health centers
• Collaborate with nurses on patient assessments and care
• Manage urgent cases and help implement care plans
• Provide first response care in the absence of ERs
• Adapt swiftly in challenging, resource-limited settings
Requirements:
• Accredited Paramedic Program graduate
• At least 1950 hours of relevant clinical experience
• Licensing as per provincial requirements
• Excellent critical thinking and rapid response skills
• Willingness to embrace community-focused healthcare
