Behavioral Health Counselor

Position: Behavioral Health Counselor with ComPsych
Become a Behavioral Health Counselor for Com Psych's EAP Network, focused on delivering personalized counseling services. This position emphasizes in-person therapy to help employees overcome mental health challenges.

Com Psych is actively seeking licensed clinicians to join their Employee Assistance Program. This role involves providing short-term counseling services that address professional and personal challenges faced by employees and their households. Clinicians will conduct assessments and provide effective coping strategies in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality EAP counseling in-person to employees

• Conduct intake assessments to identify client needs

• Assist clients navigating mental health concerns and work-life balance

• Document clinical findings in a timely manner

• Collaborate with Com Psych for continuity of client care

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in a related field required

• 3 years clinical experience is mandatory

• Active accreditation or registration in the field

• Liability insurance required where applicable

• Submission of a current CV or resume mandatory
