Join the interdisciplinary team as a Part-Time Spiritual Care Provider, offering tailored spiritual and religious support to residents at Actionmarguerite.
Your role includes planning and evaluating programming aligned with our founders' values.
In this part-time position, you will work 0.7 FTE, focusing on delivering spiritual care in accordance with Manitoba Health Standards. Your responsibilities include enhancing resident well-being and collaborating effectively within your team. Ideal candidates will possess leadership skills and experience in the spiritual sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide spiritual and religious companionship to residents
• Plan and evaluate relevant spiritual programming
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Communicate effectively with residents and families
• Foster a positive environment for spiritual growth
Requirements:
• University degree in related discipline
• Clinical Pastoral Education or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and French
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
