This full-time position within Shared Health focuses on the development and execution of wellbeing initiatives for healthcare professionals. As a Wellbeing Leader, you will promote mental health support, guide crisis response strategies, and ensure a cohesive organizational culture towards wellbeing. Collaboration with various stakeholders is key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement wellbeing initiatives for healthcare workforce
• Provide psychological support and training programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Manitoba’s health system
• Establish a Critical Incident Stress Response Program
• Serve as a change agent for workplace wellbeing
Requirements:
• 5+ years in healthcare delivery or related role
• Strong clinical knowledge of mental health interventions
• Experience with trauma-informed approaches
• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field
• Active regulatory member in good standing
Lead wellbeing initiatives and establish programs that innovatively support mental health in Manitoba’s healthcare workforce.
