This position involves 0.7 FTE hours, primarily on weekdays, focusing on the spiritual well-being of residents. Candidates must demonstrate leadership capabilities and an understanding of ethical decision-making in clinical settings. Key Responsibilities:
• Offer personalized spiritual and religious support to residents
• Design and assess spiritual care programs
• Engage with the interdisciplinary team effectively
• Provide guidance in group or individual settings
• Cultivate a positive atmosphere for spiritual development
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Clinical Pastoral Education or similar training
• Bilingual in French and English
• Proven leadership and organizational skills
• Previous experience in spiritual care preferred
