As a member of the Priority Home Service team, you will provide short-term rehabilitation support to patients in need. Responsibilities include client assessments, intervention planning, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Focus on promoting well-being while reducing the risk of disabilities will be paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs for rehabilitation and care
• Create and implement effective treatment plans
• Supervise physiotherapy students in clinical settings
• Offer guidance to healthcare professionals as needed
• Ensure proper transitions for clients back to home
Requirements:
• At least two years of relevant experience in healthcare
• Accredited degree in physiotherapy required
• Active membership with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba
• CPR certification in line with workplace policies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
