Physiotherapist for Adult Rehabilitation

Join the multidisciplinary team at Bethesda Regional Health Centre as a Physiotherapist. This casual in-person role focuses on delivering rehabilitation services to adults through a client-centered approach.

You will manage a diverse caseload while providing assessment, intervention, and consultation across various settings, including outpatient and community facilities. The position also involves educating clients and families to ensure effective rehabilitation outcomes. Active participation in ongoing professional development is essential, including supervision of new practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive assessments and intervention plans

• Deliver educational training for clients and families

• Train and supervise physiotherapy students and provisional members

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers for coordinated care

• Ensure documentation complies with regulatory standards

Requirements:

• Master’s or Baccalaureate Degree in Physiotherapy

• Current registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba

• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Valid Class 5 driver's license and insured vehicle
