Shape the future of senior care at Cogir Senior Living as a Health and Wellness Manager. This 10-month contract empowers you to lead clinical services while ensuring resident safety and satisfaction.
This managerial role calls for a values-driven leader with a strong clinical background and a knack for building exemplary teams. You'll engage with residents, oversee clinical operations, and ensure compliance with health standards. Collaboration with the Executive Director and other managers will enhance the overall living experience for seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise clinical care programs for residents
• Conduct assessments and create individualized care plans
• Recruit, hire, and train exceptional clinical staff
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards
• Strengthen community relationships with residents and families
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse or equivalent required
• At least five years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated leadership in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with budgeting and compliance regulations
• Up-to-date Vulnerable Sector Check a must
