As a Contract Relief Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient-centered care while adhering to provincial pharmaceutical standards. Applicants should possess a valid pharmacist license from Manitoba or any other province in Canada.
Your role includes ensuring accurate medication dispensing, providing patient education, and maintaining effective communication with healthcare teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fill prescriptions in compliance with practice standards
• Ensure excellence in customer service and patient care
• Document and advise on medication usage
• Manage medication storage and profiles
• Support and supervise pharmacy staff performance
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
• Valid provincial pharmacist license required
• Experience with Kroll pharmacy software
• Capacity to work independently
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
