In this comprehensive role, you'll execute treatment plans, facilitate group exercises, and maintain communication with physiotherapists regarding residents’ needs. Your contributions will be vital to ensuring effective therapy and improving residents' quality of life. Collaborate within a supportive team dedicated to therapeutic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement treatment plans under professional guidance
• Conduct safe, beneficial group exercise sessions
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment
• Communicate resident progress to the physiotherapist
• Record treatments using the Lifemark system
Requirements:
• PTA/OTA diploma or relevant degree in Kinesiology
• Previous long-term care experience is advantageous
• Valid Vulnerable Sector check required
• Proof of Tuberculin clearance needed
