Bilingual Spiritual Care Provider Position

Become a Bilingual Spiritual Care Provider at Actionmarguerite, where you will deliver spiritual and religious support that meets the unique needs of our residents. This part-time role includes programming aligned with our organization's mission.

Your role , encompassing 0.7 FTE, primarily operates Monday to Thursday, focusing on enhancing resident spirituality and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and previous experience in the spiritual sector, contributing to interdisciplinary collaboration in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide spiritual care and companionship to residents

• Plan and evaluate spiritual programs effectively

• Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team

• Communicate with residents and families in both languages

• Encourage spiritual growth in a supportive atmosphere

Requirements:

• Relevant University degree or equivalent

• Clinical Pastoral Education certification

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
