Monarch Child & Family Therapy Inc. is a multidisciplinary child-focused clinic offering pediatric occupational therapy, child & youth psychotherapy, parent coaching, and family support services. Our mission is to provide evidence-based, compassionate care that helps children and families thrive. We are expanding our services to include comprehensive psychological assessments and specialized child psychology services.
We currently have- A pediatric occupational therapist
- Four child/family therapists
- Strong community reputation
- High demand for assessments & diagnostics

- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (psycho educational, ASD/ADHD, mental health)
- Provide evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and families
- Create diagnostic reports with clear recommendations
- Consult with parents, teachers, physicians, and other providers
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
- Registered with the Psychological Association of Manitoba
- Experience working with children, youth, and families
- Training in ASD/ADHD assessments preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Immediate referrals and quick caseload growth
- Fully furnished offices and access to assessment tools
- Flexible scheduling — create a workload that works for you
- A collaborative, multidisciplinary team including a social worker, psychotherapists, marriage and family therapist and a pediatric occupational therapist.
- Full administrative support, including booking, billing, and follow-up on outstanding invoices
- Ability to accept 3rd-party insurance billing
